Meet The Founder
Diane Tuntland, CIMA
CEO & CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER
Mrs. Tuntland is a Certified Investment Management Analyst® professional and is the Founder, CEO and Chief Investment Officer of Endowment Partners. In her role, Diane brings two decades of professional investment portfolio management experience and investment strategy expertise to nonprofit financial management. Diane serves as the chair of the Firm's Investment Committee and oversees all investment management operations for Endowment Partners. She is credited with developing the Firm’s proprietary covered call hedging strategy which provides nonprofit clients with risk mitigation and additional yield in investment portfolios.

Diane is a graduate of Indiana University where she studied at the Kelley School of Business, as well as the Jacobs School of Music as a Dean’s Scholar. A former professional ballerina, Diane has performed with the Pennsylvania Ballet, Ballet West, Indiana University Ballet Theater, Ballet Pacifica, and Donn Arden’s Jubilee. She trained with the School of American Ballet, American Ballet Theater, The Rock School, Boston Ballet, Pacific Northwest Ballet, State Street Ballet, and Ballet Pacifica, as well as being a recipient of the Los Angeles Music Center’s Spotlight Award for her achievements in classical ballet.
Diane’s vocation of investment management began while she was studying at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Post graduation, she honed her portfolio management skills while supporting her career in professional ballet, eventually going on to family office investment management, achieving licensure, and founding two investment management firms. She holds her Series 65 and currently serves as a member of the UNLV Lee Business School Finance Department Board.
Diane's love for philanthropy began in elementary school when she joined the National Charity League mother-daughter service organization in her hometown, Newport Beach, California. This work continued through college as a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta beta chapter, and after college with the Junior League of Boca Raton, Florida. In addition to her service at UNLV, Diane serves on the Advisory Board for Nevada Ballet Theatre, and is a member of Nevada Women's Philanthropy.
When she is not crunching statistical analysis, evaluating option strategies, and watching every single tick of the market, you can find her on the golf course trying to beat her personal best, five-under-par (67), or captaining her family’s boat in Newport Beach, California. Diane credits her success in business to the discipline instilled in her while pursuing her dream of professional ballet for 22 years.
Diane lives in Las Vegas with her husband Dan, and their Bernedoodle, Fraser.
