Mrs. MacDonald is the Co-Founder and Chief Compliance Officer for Endowment Partners, LLC. As a founder of Endowment Partners LLC, she is committed to the mission of supporting nonprofit organizations on the journey to financial sustainability in order to expand the capacity for service impact. In her role, Becky is responsible for overseeing the ongoing management of the firm, client relationships, and investment management.
Becky is committed to her community where she serves on a number of nonprofit boards in Las Vegas. She is an active member of the development and advisory committees and serves as the treasurer for Nevada Women’s Philanthropy. She is a passionate advocate of financial literacy and sees education as a key driver to financial sustainability.
Prior to founding Endowment Partners LLC, Mrs. MacDonald had a distinguished wealth management career in several senior leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice
President for The Private Bank where she was a Wealth Advisor and primary relationship manager for ultra-high net worth families. She worked closely with families to develop their philanthropic legacy and prepare the next generation for significant wealth transfers. Prior to that Becky launched the Wealth Management office for Bank of the West in Las Vegas. As the Las Vegas Market Leader, she built a team of dedicated wealth specialists to serve the needs of the Bank’s high net worth clients. Over the last 20 years, Becky has held leadership roles in both rural and metropolitan markets leading large client facing teams and has worked closely with business owners, government entities, nonprofits, and foundations, and has overseen family wealth transitions and next-generation philanthropy planning.
Mrs. MacDonald holds her Series 7, 66, SIE, is a Certified Wealth Strategist, and a graduate of the CBA Executive Banking School. Ever focused on education, she is currently studying Industrial Psychology through Southern New Hampshire University.
Becky lives in Las Vegas, NV with her husband Mike, two children Mason and Ashten, and their fluffy dog Macaroni.
Ms. Booth is the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer for Endowment Partners, LLC. In her role, Diane brings over a decade of professional option trading experience and investment strategy expertise to nonprofit financial management. She works closely with her clients to build multi-dimensionally diversified portfolios with mitigated risk and works closely with clients' donors to bring expert strategy to major gift structure. When she is not crunching statistical analysis, evaluating option strategies, and watching every single tick of the market, you can find her on the golf course trying to beat her personal best, five-under-par (67), or captaining her family’s boat in Newport Beach, California.
Diane is a graduate of Indiana University where she studied at the Kelley School of Business, as well as the Jacobs School of Music as a Dean’s Scholar. A former professional ballerina, Miss Booth has performed with the Pennsylvania Ballet, Ballet West, Indiana University Ballet Theater, Ballet Pacifica, and Donn Arden’s Jubilee. She trained with the School of American Ballet, American Ballet Theater, The Rock School, Boston Ballet, Pacific Northwest Ballet, State Street Ballet, and Ballet Pacifica. Diane is a recipient of the Los Angeles Music Center’s Spotlight Award.
Ms. Booth's love for philanthropy began in elementary school when she joined the National Charity League mother-daughter service organization in her hometown, Newport Beach, California. This work continued through college as a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta beta chapter, and after college with the Junior League of Boca Raton, Florida.
Endowment Partners, LLC is the third business Diane has successfully founded, owned, and operated in the past ten years.
Diane holds her Series 65 and is currently working to obtain her Certificate in Nonprofit Management from UNLV. Her passion for the arts, philanthropy, and finance combined with the discipline and dedication she learned as a professional ballerina has given her the ability to thrive in investment management for nonprofits, foundations, and endowments.
Diane lives in Las Vegas with her fiancé, Dan, and their Bernedoodle, Fraser.
Mr. Koshy, Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), is the Chief Development Officer for Endowment Partners, LLC, leading the firm's fundraising solutions division. Unique among investment firms, Cherian's division provides consulting services to the firm's clients including feasibility studies, capital campaign counsel, and strategic planning services to grow annual and endowment revenue.
With 25+ years of direct experience in annual funds, major gifts, planned giving, and capital campaigns, he is one of the most sought-after trainers and speakers in the nonprofit sector. As the head of fundraising for various nonprofits, he's personally raised more than $100M including several seven and eight-figure gifts. As a coach and consultant, he's led organizations to scale their revenue growth and build stronger teams. He's led several successful multi-million dollar capital campaigns and worked with a wide variety of nonprofits including the arts, human services, faith-based, and education. The nonprofits he works with design strategies that give them back time and develop predictable success. His industry-specific thought leadership has been featured in Advancing Philanthropy, The Chronicle of Philanthropy, the Institute of Fundraising (UK), and dozens of keynote presentations, blogs, webinars, workshops, and podcasts.
Cherian is also active on numerous nonprofit boards. He is the Chair of the Iowa Commission on Volunteer Service (Volunteer Iowa) and serves on the
global board of the Association of Fundraising Professionals as well as eight other nonprofit boards.
In addition to receiving the Chartered Advisor of Philanthropy (CAP®) designation from The American College of Financial Services, Cherian is an AFP Master Trainer, Certified Scale Architect, a Certified Mind Genomics Advisor, and holds certifications in Behavioral Economics from Dan Ariely's Irrational Labs as well as Harvard University. Cherian was also one of the most successful debating coaches in the United States. His students won dozens of national and international championships. He is the author of one of the most widely used debating textbooks currently used and has taught thousands of students over the last twenty years.
Cherian lives in Iowa with his wife and 2.3 kids and their little dog too.
Vicki Jo Campion
Vicki Jo Campion is the Operations Director for Endowment Partners. As a member of the team she supports the ongoing operations of the office and client relationships.
Prior to joining Endowment Partners, Vicki had a successful 40 year career in the commercial insurance industry. Most recently, she served for two decades as Senior Client Service Manager, AVP, with Willis Towers Watson, NA. In her role, Vicki was primary contact and relationship manager for a number of large municipalities, sovereign nations, and hospitality clients across the west coast. She was a key member of the client service team, responsible for facilitating the delivery of program level strategy and providing program consultation supporting clients' risk management initiatives. Vicki led her clients through internal strategy meetings, including program-level oversight delivery and review of current programs, expiring exposures, client service agreements, menu of services required and client service plan.
After retiring from the commercial insurance industry in the fall of 2021, Vicki joined the team to explore the fiduciary investment management field in the nonprofit sector. She enjoys being outdoors, hiking, yoga and a weekly meditation class with her daughter and granddaughter.
Kingston is the acting Compliance Consultant for Endowment Partners. He brings over 20 years of experience overseeing compliance for more than 200 Registered Investment Advisory Firms, as well as being the former Minnesota Securities Examiner, and XY Planning Network's Compliance Consultant. Kingston obtained his bachelor's degree in Finance and an MBA from Elmhurst University. Additionally, he honorably served for four years in the U.S. Air Force. He is the Owner and Managing Member of Just Compliance, a Registered Investment Advisory compliance firm.
Kingston is actively involved in his local church, community, and enjoys spending time with family. He lives in the Highland Park neighborhood of Saint Paul, Minnesota where he enjoys taking advantage of the abundance of activities that Minnesota has to offer.
YingFan Chen is a recent graduate of Baruch College, majoring in Digital Marketing and minoring in Film Studies. Through her coursework on campus, she has gained experience in social media, event planning, organizational communication, and being a collaborative team member.
Prior to joining Endowment Partners, LLC, YingFan was a receptionist for a medical imaging service center, helping patients to manage different procedures in the medical field.
She has just begun her journey, but as a fast-learning, curious, and enthusiastic fresh grad, she is eager to learn as much as she can in order to develop a career in the digital marketing industry. As she is also passionate about music, art, and film, she spends time exploring these different fields and hopes to integrate them into her career one day.
YingFan grew up and spent her childhood in China and now lives in New York. She is a music addict who loves Kpop and Jpop and enjoys meeting and making friends with people from diverse cultures.
